Unpleasant experience from start to finish.
I was referred by a girlfriend who is friends with the owner (Orlando).
1. He was all over the place. Didn't offer or explained the different type of tints. Just asked how dark I wanted to go. Quoted me $125 for all four windows and he suggested to my front shield and jumped up to $200 (wasn't thrilled but whatever) didn't mind since he was a friends suggestion.
2. I could not stay any longer after they took my car because his lobby is hotter than lucifers balls. (No one offered a god damn glass of cold water, I would have taken just ice at that point)
3. After I go back for my car. Orlando is gone. His tinting person (the only one working on tints that day) shows me my car which is completely dirty (made me so mad because it went in there clean). They didn't even bother just to wipe it down. I wasn't expecting them to put it through the wash.
4. ALL FOUR OF MY WINDOWS WERE DONE WRONG!!!! They had gaps on all four of them!!! which I didn't realize until I got home to really see cause my car was so dirty!!! ....I text Orlando the photos of my car and he tells me to bring in it the next day.
5. And of course, Orlando was MIA. The guy who did my tint comes to apologize saying he didn't notice because he was the only one working that day.
6. Take your business else where. The owner is a joke and completely unprofessional.
I STILL HAVE BUBBLE ON MY FRONT WINDSHIELD WHICH THEY PROMISED WOULD GO AWAY. I JUST REFUSE TO GO BACK TO THAT SHOP AND HAVE TO SEE ANY OF THOSE RBO douches.
