I had a recent issue with paint peeling on areas of my car that were repaired years ago by B&R Body Shop before it was Caliber Collision. I spoke with Norbert Skoczek and although he explained Caliber was not required to honor the warranty from the old company he was very understanding of the situation I was in and agreed to help. The service advisor Blade who handled the repair was friendly and helpful as well. The repair was completed on time and my car looks great. I'm impressed with how well Caliber Collision takes care of their customers and would definitely recommend them.
