As much as I want to like Dr. DiNucci and his office, every experience there is rough. The front office staff is pretty much incompetent - constantly put on hold, asked to pay for services prior to submittal to insurance. Frankly, they are more concerned about insurance than anything else. I believe Dr. DiNucci is a good doctor but he is arrogant and rude at times. Bedside manner is important.
