When I made the reservation online I noted that it was my boyfriend's birthday. Most places give you a dessert and that's about it. Wow did Roy's go out of their way and make him feel extra special. They had menu's with inserts wishing him a happy birthday in them and ribbon on top. The waitress mentioned many times it was his birthday as well. He had the fish trio and enjoyed it and I had the butterfish. Last time we dined here my boyfriend had ordered it and I don't usually like fish, but this one just melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more so I just had to order it! It didn't disappoint and he had wished he had ordered the full order as well. They brought out a plate with a tiny dessert and happy birthday and his name written in chocolate on it. This is one of our favorite restaurants and we will continue to come here time and time again. Thank's Roy's!
