First I called to book an appointment the receptionist told me the price I was like great price let's book, she confirmed the price with me two days before then the manager called the night before and said that price was wrong. I feel like if you make a mistake like that you should honor the original price. I paid for a deep clean told them the things that were important to me like deep clean the floor downstairs and they barely mopped it when I got told a steam clean would be done. There was still ice cream spills and otter pop spills by the table, egg yolk still on the stove, they forgot to dust some pieces of furniture. I don't even think they mopped upstairs hall wall. Some marks all over the walls that I got told was part of the deep clean, they broke something and knocked over a wood design I noticed now has chips in it they didn't even say anything but I heard it fall. I don't think this was worth the money considering I still have to go around now and deep clean again. I'll be using another company next time.
