Horrible. My first mistake was not reading these reviews before I made an appointment. Worst "service" department I've ever dealt with. First I pull up and wait for 5 minutes outside and nobody ever shows up. Go inside and get treated like crap even though I have an appointment and am their customer. I needed a recall completed that was a simple computer reprogram which they said in the phone would be 1 hour. Guy tells me it will be 3 hours when I get there and asks me if I want to reschedule. He then realizes how simple it is and says it will done. I walk to lunch, come back in one hour and not done. I wait another hour and 10 minutes and go back up. He calls the back and yells at them, only to realize that he already has the completed ticket! Then no apology, just says "at least you got a wash" out of it. Almost too ridiculous to be true. Run far away from this place
