Purchased this Groupon they speak of being so good for 45$ Was for so it said "one shellac manicure and pedicure with paraffin hand and feet treatment".When I called to book the appointment, I let them know it was a Groupon. I get there for my appointment about 5mins late thinking they would be ready for me. They weren't that was fine I take awhile to choose my polish I'm indecisive. A lady starts to do my pedicure normal polish not shellac ok whatever. I get no Paraffin feet treatment.....The design on my toes I could have done better myself. The designs on my fingers are just stickers when it comes to the end. I'm all finished now they try to charge me tax for my manicure then for a full pedicure. I say no that was in the groupon I don't even care... I didn't get the treatment in my hands and feet I said that. Go to walk out an excuse me excuse me you still have to pay 6$ tax had only brought 10$ in cash I gave her the ten asked for 4$ back. Was going to give her a 5$ tip but, after that I threw a toonie in the table and walked out. Will not be back here again and the whole time spoke in their language personally hate that. I do nails myself from home I have all the shellac the dryer. So I'm very picky and they did do an okay job with the painting of shellac it's just more the owner. Putting out a groupon an not honoring it as well.
