Hummm, where to begin, I stopped into this nail shop as it was close to Sprouts and the wait wouldn't be long to be serviced. I received an express pedicure and my service was completed by the older gentleman that works in the shop. First, the water was freezing cold when putting my feet in. I told the man this and he added hot water, water temperature was luke warm at best after that.
The older gentlemen was very rough when handling my feet and I had to tell him so while being service.
The "hot towels" placed on my legs/feet were COLD. I was concerned about the clippers/utensils being used on feet as I did not notice them taken out of the sterilization or a sealed pack.
The best part of this pedicure was the color of the polish. I, more than likely won't be returning to this nail shop.
