I would go for 3 and 1/2 but I can't so I will give them a break and give them a 4. Good hotel. Clean and cozy. Free complimentary breakfast and happy hours - what more do you want from this caliber hotel.

1. the receptionist was 98 year old man. He was just a wall doing his job. I can't blame him because he is 98. Having said that, I have nothing against 98 year olds. Just maybe he should be more suitable as a receptionist at an assisted living facility. A more pleasant experience would have been for a visitor.
2. The in room AC is extremely loud. It is an Amada in wall piece that scared the bejesus out of me. It was off when I went to sleep and at 4 am this thing turned on scaring me out of my sleep to my feet and to the bathroom. It must have been near -100db.
Overall it was good.
