Got 4 lessons through a Living Social deal. Lesson 1 - Bill (owner) was our instructor. Super nice and enthusiastic. Learned some good basic steps. Lesson 2 - Saw Bill again. Learned a few more steps. We declined Bill's offer of purchasing additional classes. Lisa called to reschedule lesson 3 as Bill was sick. I called the store back (after confirming when hubby was available) and Bill answered. Rescheduled lesson 3. Lesson 3 - Bill apologizes for his oversight, he must not have written our appointment down and double booked himself. Luckily, Julie was available. She was very nice, showed us a new move and some pointers. Lesson 4 - We were scheduled again with Bill, but without much explanation, were handed off to Geo. Very nice, mostly worked on pointers and nuances since it was our last lesson, but very helpful. Our impression was that Bill lost enthusiasm as soon as we told him we weren't purchasing additional classes. Now that we've tried it out and have a better idea of what we're doing, we do want to continue with lessons, but we will find another place.
