Sky Harbor airport is doing a wonderful job with the remodel. Definitely streamlined the flow of things to make it easier for passengers. Their TSA processes are far better than what I'm used to (horrible processes and customer service in Hawai'i). The only reason I cannot give them a 5-Star rating is because of the un-"friendly" support to lactating mothers. Either there is no space or it is not well advertised with visuals. These locations would be ideally adjacent to a bathroom. Today, I witnessed a mother pumping milk on the bathroom floor. Either rooms need to be built out or improve signage/leverage technology to communicate where it's located in the building. Maybe partner with airlines to ask passengers if they need airport facility info when booking their tickets? Passengers can be given location info when booking flights to avoid uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions. Make it right, make it easy!! I'm just saying! Updated post: I sent in a written concern to customer service. They responded within an hour to explain they do have lactating rooms and will look into signage opportunities. Rating adjusted to 5-Star!
