I arrived at Fastmed Urgent Care, sick, cranky and not expecting a good experience. I had made an appointment online, but was told that no there was not appointment in the system so I would wait in line, things were not starting out well. It was not long before I was seen and immediately got the attention and care that I did not receive at the Doctor's office. The staff were friendly and kind, and had the ability to give me a chest x-ray on the spot as well as prescribe meds. The PA on call was Ian Myers and was outstanding . And to top if off as I was leaving the staff gave me a Starbucks gift card as they had indeed found my online appointment. A follow up call the next day by Mr Meyers confirmed to me this is a well run operation. I would recommend highly.
