I am so pleased with this dealer ship and the amazing staff that works here. I drove my ford up from Houston Texas all the way the Charlotte, Nc and once I made it my check engine light came on. So I brought it in here to have it looked at Brian, was so kind and helpful and made me feel as though I had purchased my vehicle from there location. I was given a loaner car to drive while mine was being fixed. There was a few hiccups with obtaining the loaner vehicle as great as a staff there is always a sour apple being the young lady who issues the loaner vehicles. She is extremely unorganized, and Dosent seem to care about the fact that she "forgets" or just Dosent assign vehicles to those of us who call and make reservations. However Brian went over and beyond in making sure that I would have something to use. He and everyone here are so friendly and go well out of there way, minus the young lady who issues vehicles. She was extremely unprofessional, and even argued with me about the type of vehicle I was being put in telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. If it weren't for Brian I would have left however because of his great customer service I stuck it out. This dealership would benefit so much more of the young lady no longer worked here and more people like Brian were brought in! I have them a 5 stars due to the fact that I believe this is a great dealership and one bad apple ( the young lady who issues cars) shouldn't ruin it for them all!
