Had a low tire indicator, filled it up, next day, same alert, same tire. Called firestone (where I got my tires) and said I could make an appointment. I'm an audiologist and have scheduled patients all day every day. I called back after thinking about it and Lee answered the phone. Said they close at 7 but they were really backed up and offered to let me come in after hours so they could take a look since they'd still be working late. They worked me in when I got there after 7. Turns out I had a 2 inch nail in my tire. They fixed it and I was out of there within an hour after they checked everything. Customer service was top notch. I'd recommend Firestone in Goodyear in a heartbeat!
