Being past the age of Elvis, I wasn't sure what to expect out of this show. I had heard this show was like LOVE and IMMORTAL, in that it was more about the music than anything else. It's true. Fortunately, I'm a huge fan of musicals, ballroom/choreographed dance, and live music in addition to the typical cirque acrobatics, so I loved this show! They had so much going on in most of the sets, it was hard to capture it all sitting in the 2nd row. They definitely stretched the theme a bit to incorporate some of the acts, but I didn't mind that. The jumping trampoline superheros, military/gymnast stepping, and the quadruple-stacked men had me extremely engaged and were my favorite acts! There were also random lasso-ers, chinese yo-yo's (the guy dropped it at the end, but it wasn't a big deal), and a VERY built pole dancer. In between each major act they had amazing singers and bands perform as they were changing the backdrop and probably costumes. Since we sat so close, we could really see each performer's facial expression and they all did such a great job looking like they were really enjoying themselves :) Simply stunning. This show ends late August, so make sure to catch it while you still can!
