Would have given a zero if possible. Just moved here from Florida with two small children and it's below freezing. Would have been ok if we had our gas service started by Piedmont gas..., but the technician never arrived yesterday. And all you here when you phone their customer service is 'we don't know what time they will come. They have to finish all calls today, so they will come and phone you 30 mins prior'. Call never came and gas still not on 24 hours later...
Wish there were more choices here - seems like a Monopoly that does not care about their customers or customer service. Waiting for a call back from the supervisor, but doubt that'll happen. Is this how your company does business PNG? Appalling.
