Luke was fantastic! Both days he was scheduled to come over, it was raining and he took the initiative to call ME to tell me he'd like to reschedule. I appreciated that so much - it spoke of his amazing work ethic and the pride he takes in his work. It was sunny today and he came over... and the work was just impeccable. He was even able to get out some spatter that had gotten onto the glass from when we had our outside patio work done five years ago. I'll definitely be using Aqua Reach Window again. It's so hard to give five star reviews, but in this case, Luke really earned it.
