I'm basing this on about 10 stays here in the last year - Delta Privilege Gold level etc: stay somewhere else! Apart from some of the more expensive rooms, they are small and not terribly appealing (even the "newly renovated" lack any real evidence of "new" or "renovated"). There is rarely anyone to take care of your car (and tonight there was in fact "no parking available"). The Delta frequent guest program is a joke. Its all just not very good. If budget permits, stay at the Royal York. Or anywhere else. Two stars not one, because some of the staff tried to look pained and anguished a bit as they explained the "first come, first served" rule.
