Terrible! A scam. If you need to make any changes or if there are any mistakes in ordering they will refuse any changes, exchanges, or refunds. After calling them twice they finally said they would email me an exchange form that I can submit to to them for $25 fee. I received the form but what a pain. I filed a complaint against them to the Better Business Bureau.
[update 4/16/2012] They finally responded after my claim with the BBB but it took multiple attempts. And it cost me $25 bucks a pop for a total of $50. Also I had to complete their paper work to have to request having the dates corrected, scanned the documents, email the paper work back with the attachment, then send them follow up email after follow up email until finally the responded with the corrected tickets. A total pain, but at least not all is lost. Will not repeat.
