I wish Yelp had a negative number count. I am so disappointed in this dental practice. Took my child for a second opinion to then be given a plan of action by one of the staff...... what the heck? What happened to the days of the actual doctor speaking with the patient. I had the staff member who was not fully trained in explaining to me a scripted dialogue. When asked what do you do in an emergency I was given the response of "we have a bucket on hand.....??????" Really you are going to sedate a child and that is your response. Sorry but this practice is not on par with so many guidelines. Please be weary in taking your child here if you value them. To my surprise I was greeted by someone who looked as if they walked off the street doing errands. When I asked who are you she said I am the office manager. No thanks anymore, dress to fit the role.
