Well the train is nice. The ride is quick. It is never crowded. Easy to find it at the Pearson end but a real pita at Union Station. The route from Front Street is confusing and it changes every time I am in the city. Signage is lousy and confusing. There are signs everywhere in Union advertising the service but no directions on them to the train.
It will be better if the construction around Union is ever completed but in the interim they could do a much better job.
