Thoroughly annoyed. I had a hair cut appointment at 10am, which I had set a week in advance. On my way to the appointment I realized my wallet was not in my purse, so I had to run home and grab it. I respectfully called to let them know I would be about 5 minutes late. I arrive 6 minutes late and Maddie had taken another customer in front of me. I had to work at 11 so I was in a time crunch. I asked if the girl that was free could take me in real quick, as I just needed the ends off. She replied 'I have an appointment coming in'. It would have been nice if I received that same respect, since 'I had an appointment'. After waiting 20 minutes I kindly said I was going to have to leave because I started work at 11. Then I was given dirty looks and told "Well.. You were late." In the most rude manner!! I have had my haircut here before and they did a decent job - but customer service is #1 ALWAYS. And this place has no respect for their customers or their customers time. I do not recommend this place if you at all value how you are treated as a customer.
