Customer service is horrible at this place! Now I understand that they're Vietnamese but when I walk into the salon, I don't want to be yelled at "what do you want" with the whole salon listening and then proceed to have them talk in front of me in a different language for 5 minutes before responding if they have an opening. It's just horribly awkward for the client!
I know you get what you pay for here and nothing I've ever gotten was very good quality so when I was quoted $35 for a set of acrylics I was fine. However, at the end of my appointment he asked for $50!! I will never pay anything over $40 at this salon for my nails because the quality sucks and it's always very rushed. If I were to spend $50 on my nails I would go to a nice salon with better quality! I asked why I was being charged $15 more dollars and he gave a very limited answer that I couldn't even understand. Then he tried to tell me that it was because of the appointment time. So the fact that I had an appointment at 2pm means I'm charged and extra $15??
I gave them $40 and left. Horrible experience and very unprofessional. Will not be back from now on. Save your money and go to a better quality salon
