This was the worst experience I have ever had with medical treatment. I arrived at Dignity Health with intense stomach pain. Dr. Jared Green was useless and provided no examination or recommendations on where to seek further help after asking for them multiple times. The staff was unhelpful and did not seem knowledgeable when asked any questions. I was discharged without follow up care and slapped with a $1400 bill. I have filed a grievance & complaint with Dignity Health and not only can I never get through to their billing department (the phone system is continually down) they have never once returned my calls or followed up. This hospital is a joke with poor service, irresponsible staff and incompetent doctors. Do not waste your time here go to Mercy Gilbert in an emergency!
