I'm very happy to have found this company.
I needed to get rid of the VERY industrious ant army that had overrun my kitchen, laundry room, and family room (floors, counters, walls, ceiling,...), but I didn't want to kill off any more insect life than absolutely necessary. I've landscaped using native and desert-loving plants in order to attract birds and wildlife, so I didn't want to start killing off spiders and the like in our yard.
Mike's mention of his interest in entomology on the Fischer's website and Jeff's thoughtful responses when I called with my concerns sold me on this business. They came out to address the ant problem while understanding that I didn't want to kill insects beyond the perimeter of the house.
Corey, our tech, was courteous and professional--a pleasure to work with. And the scheduling and appointment process was perfect. So Fisher's gave us excellent customer service all around, and I would definitely recommend them.
