I absolutely love living here. From the initial emails with Chellie, the assistant manager, to the move in, to this very moment... I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. First, the apartments are beautiful! The complex is fairly small and very quiet. The pool is never so loud that you can't relax. I have used the BBQ area with my boyfriend several times and it is always clean and taken care of. The gym is clean with nice working equipment.
When I first moved in it was just me and I lived in a 1 bedroom that was connected to and above my garage. When I was at work I had a large package delivered (TV stand) Jim, the awesome maintenance guy text me and asked if I would like it take in... How nice. What was even nicer was that it was put upstairs for me... Which was awesome because there was no way I could have gotten it up there by myself. Any issue I needed maintenance for has been taken care of immediately! Jim knows the people here, he talks to you like you are a friend.
When I went out of town the office staff would go by my place collecting packages for me. Which was great because I was gone for 5 weeks and only planned to be gone 3 weeks... So I had A LOT of packages arriving. This is above and beyond in my opinion.
The complex is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the amenities are awesome, and they treat you like family. I have never loved living somewhere as much as I have loved living here. I can't think of a negative thing to say about this complex or the area. Behind the complex is a park and pond with a walking and jogging path. The gate has key access to open so you don't have to drive up the street. I have never had an issue with parking, there are so many open spaces for guest, and this is never an issue. I have never had anything bad happen to my vehicle here, in fact when my truck wouldn't start Jim actually went and got a portable battery charger and jumped my truck for me.
