I had never tried yoga before my first class here. They have a really great beginners price, so you can try it out for a couple of weeks before you buy a big plan!
I took a friend with me, and we were immediately greeted by an obvious member. Very friendly, open, and helped us in! Lobby is very nice.. Easy to relax. The bathroom is cool with cubbies and the whole sha bang!
The class is a comfortable hot- it gets hard before it gets easy, but if you focus and breathe it gets comfy.
John is an excellent instructor. He's very informative and easy going. You don't feel pressured or undermined in that class.
