I was happy with the Dr's treatment I received both times I went there this spring, BUT their billing department is the WORST! They kept billing me for a co-pay that I'd already paid. Twice I sent them copies of the cancelled checks showing I'd paid, but that didn't stop them. They called my husband's cell phone while he was at work and threatened him with a collection agency if this charge wasn't paid, so he went ahead and sent another check just to protect our credit. No One ever sent a letter with an explanation after I sent them a letter with copies of those cancelled checks proving I'd already paid them and, of course, I never received a refund for the excess paid. The next time I need medical attention when my doctor isn't available, I'LL FIND ANOTHER OPTION even if they are close to home and the doctor seems competent. It's not worth the billing hassle and harassment.
