Service is horrible. Had to actually get up from our table and walk over to our server who was just sitting across from us ( ignoring us ever so skillfully) to beg for a refill. Refills became nonexistent after this. She dumped all entrees on grill at one time,didn't explain anything to us. My family has never been to a place like this; so a little explanation would have been nice if not helpful. Seafood and chicken were just dumped on grill together. If I could I would give this place no stars. We are a big family that enjoys getting together and eating out. We will never come back to this place again. Be prepared to be ignored than snarled at in Korean for asking for service that your overpaying for. I've gotten better service at a Panda Express.
