My wife was pretty sick since we have only been in town a few months we don't have a family doctor yet. So, we tried FastMed. Very poor experience there. It was quick but the nurse asked only a few questions and just gave her and antibiotic and some cough medicine. Today my wife was doing worse with a fever, nausea, back aches and more. I looked on Yelp and found Dr Fereidouni. The reviews were great and they were open at 2pm on a Friday (others I looked at closed at noon on Friday and closed Sat). I called to see if they could help. The lady on the phone was very helpful and was able to get my wife (a new patient) in an hour later. I filled out the patient info on their website to speed up the process once we arrived. Once we arrived I could see how nice and new the place was. We were greeted by a friendly lady at the front who knew my name and was ready for her. She had her sign some documents and make copies of her ID and insurance card.
It took only about 2-4 min later for the nurse to call her back. So fast! After that the nurse was very thorough with her questions, did many different test. The Dr came in right after the tests and had answers and solutions. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He had the prescriptions sent straight to CVS (which were ready when I arrived) and set up a follow-up visit. I was so impressed with how good he was, how friendly the staff was and how quick everything was, I scheduled myself a visit. So happy I found our new family doctor. I Highly recommend!!
