It is my first time coming here and the lady that prepared my taxes barely knew what she was doing that really left me uncomfortable! I usually just file head of household and it would normally take about 30 minutes but the lady took almost 2 hours! On top of that I was charged a little over $300! The charge was overpriced for the kind of service I received! I have been a a loyal customer for 20 years or so and through the years, H & R has been becoming really expensive. I will start filing my own taxes beginning next year.
