My brother went to the ER, because of course he became ill in the middle of the night. I met him up there and waited in one of the rooms with him. Kathy, one of the amazing RNs, came in and asked my brother if he had provided a urine sample. He had not, then my brother proceeded to ask her for a glass of water. She rudely responded, "No and I'm not going to keep coming in here either." I get up and ask her why is she being so nasty to my brother? She forcefully slams the door in my face, catching my finger! At this point I'm irate! People come to this hospital for care, and this miserable woman, who clearly even hates herself, is caring for people who have medical needs! To make a long story short, after the incident with Kathy in the ER, I was contacted by her superior to find out what happened. Lack of sympathy, lack of communication, and just lack of emotion from anyone. It's really unsettling that they're individuals like her working around people who need medical care. If you need medical attention, DO NOT COME HERE!
