Saw Maggie yesterday (2/23/17) to have a revocable living trust drawn up for my wife and I. The service she provided was efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. The living trust includes the trust, a will, an advanced directive and the power of attorney for $250. We also added two properties into the trust @ $69 each. So for under $500 we now have our estate planning up to date and current. We are also allowed up to 5 revisions in the trust for free and any after that are only $40. Considering that a lawyer would charge a minimum of $1000+++, this is a great deal in my opinion. Again, the service was good and Maggie was friendly and helpful. We'd gladly use her again if we needed any service like this.
