I posted this on his other review board as well:
Kimberly in this office is incredibly RUDE. Snotty is not an easy term to describe but her exasperated voice to everyone, including those on the phone tells me she has no patience for patients. By the way, I waited 2 hrs in the office for my appt.
Now I am at my second appointment. No acknowledgement that I am even in the waiting room, even though I signed in. I have been sitting here for over 90 minutes waiting to have. Except for Dr. Diaz, I have yet to see anyone smile in this office.
My first phone call after I am done here is to my regular physician for a referral to a new doctor.
