I've used the Appliance Repair Experts on several occasions and each time was a very positive experience. The first time was when I needed a specialty part for my washing machine and they were able to special order it and get it to me ahead of schedule. Most recently though I used as a result of my clothes dryer dying two days ago. I called to have a service person come out and they scheduled my appointment for today between noon and 5PM. The day before, they called me to see if I would like someone to come out earlier, which I happily agreed to. The service person (Matt) arrived early in my scheduled window of time and was very friendly and professional. It turns out that the switch to activate my dryer was very loose and it just needed some adjustment. It was probably something I could have figured out but I don't like tearing apart major appliances so I'd rather have an expert do it. Well, after knowing how to immediately open up my dryer and figure out the problem, it was running again. A simple fix, but a fix nonetheless. Since Matt was only here for a very short time, he charged me the bare minimum for the service call, which was way less than I expected. I would most certainly call the Appliance Repair Experts for any appliance repair jobs I need in the future!
