Came in to get a new AZ drivers licenses since we needed new pictures. We got there right when it opened. The service was only shy of about 5 minutes better than going to the DMV, it was so bad. The young lady who did that kind of license, didn't come in for another 45 minutes and she worked at glacial pace! Certainly not worth the extra money and I would have left if we hadn't invested that kind of time already. It seems that even though there were tons of people already there all waiting and these folks being understaffed, having one person go out for Starbucks appeared to be far more important than being attentive to their customers. Would NEVER go back there again!
