OLive (O'LOVE) this place with a passion. I'm big on oils and vinegars for cooking and for salads. While shopping nearby Trader Joes a couple months back I decided to walk the line and see what else this complex had to offer.
I ran into a chalkboard on the sidewalk stating "Come taste some oils" so I entered and low and behold I was in oil and vinegar heaven. I tried many mixtures and quickly added my email address to the list near the register.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up with Fig vinegar and lemon oil which goes together well when marinating seafood or even as a salad dressing which is the way I use it mostly. I adventures back into the store again on yesterday to refill my lemon oil ( they just ask that you clean the bottles thoroughly in the dishwasher before coming in) which saves you $1. I ended up purchasing additional items Harissa oil and peach white balsamic vinegar which pairs together well YUM.
