More like 3 stars and a half. I was bamboozled (!) by the sudden price change between the amount on the website/told over the phone when the appointement was fixed and the amount announced at the cash register. Indeed, the final pricing should be updated and told right away when you start getting your cut/service.
Aside from that, I liked my assigned hairdresser, Jérémy. He did a great cut. I loved how he heard my ideas and then gave me advice on how to adapt my vision to my hair. It showed that he knew what he was talking about and, as I left the salon and since two months now, my hair is behaving the way I like it effortlessly. He's also chatty and nice but not overly talkative. It conviced me on scheduling a second appointment with him this week.
