Rude and incompetent staff. I go in knowing I have two shipments waiting for me and they tell me they only have one. I said I'm pretty sure I have another box since my order on jcpenney.com says its waiting at the ups store. The guy is too lazy and/or too stupid to find my box and rudely says "there's nothing else here for you" like I'm the stupid one. I go home, verify with jcp that my box is there and they tell me it is. I call this store back and some guy who seemed to be the manager was finally able to locate my box. It had 8 pairs of shoes in it... How hard is it to find a huge box????
