Called they're customer service line because my cable and internet went out for the 10th time. This time my internet was working fine on my computer and phone, but not on my TV. They claimed there was an outage that disrupted television internet but not the computers or homes. Classic inexperienced customer service reps. Service is always having "outages" or failures of some kind.
