This Place is loud with club music. Not relaxing at all. It doesn't help that the technicians are pushy and rude. The girl who did my nails is an older woman named Cindy. She's bossy, rude & annoying. I couldn't tell her what I wanted because she insisted that she knew better. She pushed certain colors on me that I don't like. The colors I picked from their polish rack were all dried out. So why were they still on the rack?? Ended up with a color I'm NOT happy with. She also complained that I had to reschedule this appt. Spent a few mins asking why I wasn't there the day I originally booked. First of all, that's none of her business! I can reschedule whenever I want. She made me pay AND tip her Before she actually finished the job. This was before the problems I had with the colors. OfCourse, I wish I hadn't left her a tip at all by the time she was done. She talked to me like I was a kid & I had to tell her to stop talking to me like this! I will NEVER go back there
