Tl;Dr: Food was alright but the decor, store, and staff are really nice.
Food: I got a 1/2 sandwich + salad option. I ordered the ropa vieja sandwich and added their egg salad. The beef was tender and soft/juicy so the bread absorbed some of the flavor which is one of the best part of these sandwiches. I thought both the egg salad and the sandwich weren't as flavorful as they could have been.
Store: It is part gallery, part restaurant so it makes for an interesting dining experience. You're surrounded by colorful fabric as well as interesting little trinkets that the owner brings back from Peru. The place itself lets in a lot of natural light which is definitely my thing.
Service: The lady at the front/cashier made small talk with us as we were leaving and really seemed to put effort into getting to know her customers. She knew who were regulars and who weren't and asked us to see how we found out about the store. The other servers were also really nice but there wasn't as much interaction with them.
