Went to the Vintage Saturday night with a couple of friends. I'm never impressed when a bar has a minimum to open a tab. $10 minimum here and all I really wanted was one beer, but the bartender was polite and upfront about it, and I figured what the hell- it's my friend's Birthday, I'm bound to spend at least $10. But we ended up leaving shortly thereafter and I forgot to close out. (Rookie mistake, I know.)
So I check their hours on yelp: 8 pm to 2 am Mon thru Sat... except today, I guess. I live 45 minutes away and am normally in my pajamas getting comfy for the night by 8, but I made the drive tonight to find that they were closed. The sign by the entry stairs says the same: 8 pm to 2 am Mon thru Sat. I tried calling the number (which I also tried several times throughout the day today) to no answer each time. If you try the website link on yelp, it's no good. How can you run a business if you can't keep your website operational, accounts updated, and your posted hours? I know I made the mistake of leaving my card in the first place, but I took my medicine and made the hour and a half round trip drive to go get it. Now I either have to do it again (assuming they even call me back to confirm hours), or cancel my card. What a waste of my time because of their poor management!
