This is response to my Mothers experience with Autumn air back in 2012 she had her split system replaced by Autumn air for $8500. I had no idea she was even getting a new AC unit or I would have helped her find someone else. After it was installed she told me about it I went over to look the work over. The salesmen showed up he was slick talking pressure type of a guy told us if we didn't buy their service plan the manufacture warranty would be voided later I called the manufacture found out that was not true. Anytime you asked for a price he had to call his manager this tactic is what you see when you go buy a car from a dealer "if you buy today my manager will allow a better deal". The system broke in 1 year Autumn charged her a service charge to fix it now it's making some banging noise she won't be calling Autumn air back. Now their phone solicitors keep calling her when she tells them they just called yesterday they hang up on her before she can tell them not to call again. They call again the next week or so.
