I remember the first time I had Sprinkles. I'm not from the LA area, so we got a bit lost trying to find the place, and I ended up walking a good three miles to get there; however, when I got there, it was so worth it. If nothing else, I burned off the cupcake calories. Anyway, I got my half a dozen cupcakes and loaded up in the truck to head back home. I couldn't wait until we made it home to try them, and I remember my first bite. So began my love affair with cupcakes. Now, my best friend and I are trying all the cupcake places in Vegas, so of course, Sprinkles was on the list. While we scored it fairly high, it isn't our favorite. Our favorite would be Showboy, which funny enough was on Cupcake Wars. I do love Sprinkles ice cream and that gave them a little boost when we scored them. Sprinkles is actually in third place right now because the cupcakes that day were a little dry and just didn't knock our socks off, or flip flops since we live in Vegas. Would I get Sprinkles if I'm at the link? Of course. Would it be my first choice? Nope. That would be Showboy.
