Warning Toyota on the park don't back up toyota products and could careless about warranty issues. If you ever have warranty problems, good luck. The General manager said it loud and clear "they are there to make money! ! The car is built that way so live with it...that's what you get and that's how it is!" The car 6 months new, has break issues and heating problem...extreme cold weather and always cold feet...so sad!
The store manager was so mean, disrespectful and could careless! The service manager has a very bad attitude and belittle people. Don't waste your time going to this place....they choose people to serve and choose the job to take. Warranty issues are not important. ..they only want to make money!! Sad and scary!
