I've been here for weekday lunch a few times. Had a few different sandwiches including the veal and various cold cuts. They were all decent except that fact that there is never any toppings available except mayo, mustard and hot peppers.
The reason for the one star rating is that there are usually 2 ladies that work the front counter on the weekday lunch shift. One is a smaller Latin American woman who is very nice and helpful and the second is a large Caucasian woman who is mean, unhelpful and rude in every step of the transaction from taking the order, preparing the food and taking your money. This was not a one time situation, it had happened at least 5 times.
Basically if I see her inside, I look for elsewhere to eat. Until she is gone, I find the 1 star rating is fair since the price you really pay for the food is a ruined day if you happen to have to deal with her.
