Please don't move to this place because it has become ghetto. Thankfully my girlfriend and I signed only a 6-month lease. We left after the second we found another place. If you're locked into a lease you'll be paying a huge penalty to leave! The apartment that they gave us a tour of was very nice, but not the one we had to live in. There were roaches and bugs in every room. I've killed 9 scorpions. My friend in the building beside us killed 4 and got stung by one. The office says this is ''normal'' and just puts you on a bug spray list. The dishwasher flooded the apartment at least once a week. Leaking pipes make floorboards in the cabinets moldy and mishapen. Not looked after much, a light post in our area has been missing for months. The dark areas promotes crime!
After talking to a few residents, many had problems with their cars getting stolen or broken. "Security" here is ineffective. There is so much drug use in this complex. There is a terrible staff in the front, who can´t get their act together. No one knows what is going on in the front office, and repairs take forever to schedule. The gates are often broken. There is dog poop everywhere.
