I've never written a negative review before, but this company deserves it IMO. TERRIBLE customer service. Stacy was INCREDIBLY rude. I had my guest bathroom toilet repaired on 9/29/17. I had it repaired through my home warrantee. I called my home warrantee company (Old Republic) and they told me that the repair was done by SCC mechanical services. I called SCC just to have them come back out (wasn't asking for it to be for free... more than happy to pay them... just wanted to use a company that my home warrantee company "referred"). Stacy was SO defensive and RUDE that I finally hung up. I'll just ask my neighbors for a plumber referral on the Nextdoor app. Maybe she did me a favor because the quality of work they did couldn't have been very good if I'm needing to have the same toilet repaired 4 months later. WOW. I'm seriously blown away.
