We ordered patio furniture from this store in January 2015. It took around six months to get it all delivered and had horrible customer service throughout the process. We spent over $2100 for our pieces only to have the chaise lounge slings disintegrate after 13 months; of course the warranty was only for 12 months. They did give us a "deal" to get the lounge chairs re-slung. Now 2+ years later, the four dining chairs are doing the same thing that the chaise lounges did. I will not be getting them re-slung because the quality of this furniture is just not worth it. I will never purchase anything from this store again and recommend that no one else patronize them either.
